This Capn Jazz is taking me back. It's weird because if someone else was like, The emo screaming is so lame, I couldn't really argue with them, but it works for me.

It seems like a high percentage of threads devolve into music arguments I find incredibly boring.

I don't know. People here get as catty about music as they do with politics. And often seem as inflexible.

It's also helps that he's not just screaming about high school girls. At least I think he's not.

It's completely subjective. I think people like to argue about it because they can't be proven wrong. It's whoever gets the most pig-headed first wins.

As for me, I have a raging hard-on for Soundgarden that is impossible to tuck away. Sorry about that.

Personally, I don't listen to much music. I listen to books on tapes and political speeches for fun. But usually when I drive, I just sit in silent contemplation.

I don't often listen to music. I don't have a car. When I drove around here, I would listen to 102.9. I have taken to working during the day with channel 833 on DirecTV on, which is Classic Vinyl 60s and 70s. I don't know anything about music though.

It was actually a good thing because her department is really close to mine, and that's a hard and fast rule I don't break unless I want to.

yeah, i don't have (m)any dealbreakers, but if a girl had no more than a passing interest in music, i don't think i could date her.

looking back, i think this was the case with my high school girlfriend, but then again, we also met at a concert. however, it was the Feztival headlined by System of a Down and Incubus, neither of whom i listen to anymore.
