Grote and Mose's Random Thoughts, Live from BSG

Postby Phight On! » Tue Mar 10, 2009 18:00:27

Well I guess it depends on what both are cut with. You never know what you are getting with X so I never even came close to getting hard with that. Coke is a little different- there have been very good experiences and very bad ones. Viagras go for $20 in coke-bars- or at least they used to. It makes it better in the sense that you're heart is beating 1000x a minute anyway so it's crazy good but the flipside is if it is garbage your turtle goes in the shell if you know what I mean.

If I put C. Ronaldo as my avatar, will they bow out of Europe tomorrow and lose to Liverpool this weekend?

I think the team my avatar has represented is about 2-15-2 since January 1st. This is only a rough estimate, but it can't be far off. It is unclear why I decided to go back to the We Are Georgetown icon, but I only have myself to blame for today's loss.

I think it should be used as a force for good.

I'm growing fond of the spider that lives in the corner of my shower. I think I'll name him be the end of the week.

there are only a few things that scare me. oddly, one of them is astronomy. i'm browsing this awesome website, and when i get to reading about jupiter, or the sun, i get the heebie-jeebies. i mean i know that this planet is destined to be absorbed into the sun in 4 billion years, as it ages into it's red super giant phase, and i know that our galaxy is destined to be absorbed into andromeda in about 5 billion years, but reading the fine points of this shit just scares me.

here's the website, by the way.
if you don't know what the wrestlers are trying to do--how certain moves and holds are supposed to work and so forth, then it might just look like too sweaty guys rolling around on a mat.

Oh. I'm replying to a Steagles post. Um. OK.

So after a handful of days helping coach baseball, I have come to truly appreciate the incredible amount of detail in everything that the players do. I have learned so much in the past week.

I never cared enough to read the original story in the first place, but now I seemingly see truly bizarre headlines every third day. Is there an actual $#@! reason I should care or is this some TMZ-esque story intended for the lowest common denominator (my current assumption)?

i'm making a mix cd for a prospective lady friend. i am very much debating putting "super sexy woman" by sufjan on it. it cracks me up and we have similar senses of humor, so i feel like it would make for a good break right before a sweet three song home stretch.

Pretty much all sitcoms suck/sucked.

Home Improvement was probably the worst.

I agree with you about Home Improvement- every episode was the same.

1. Tim Allen would say or do something stupid that offended his wife either in person or on his tv show.
2. He and his wife would get into an argument.
3. Eventually he would get advice from the neighbor and then make a few grunting noises.
4. He would twist around the advice he got from the neighbor but eventually apologized to his wife in his own words.
5. End of show.

However, I strongly disagree about Married With Children. Al Bundy was hysterical and No Ma'am was the birth of the mancave.

Did you think Seinfeld sucked, too?
