Definitely could have been, I was wearing a blue button down. Details are correct on the hats.

for real. i was going to say something but our crew was like 30 deep so there was no time. plus i was only 15% sure that it was you so that would've been an awkward convo had it not been.

"Sorry, thought you were a guy I.... know?"

Samson Street was pretty freaking sweet yesterday. Great atmosphere.

a random shout of "HOOOOOSSSSHHHH" and a look for a reaction is all it would take. If no reaction, you then had the opportunity to educate the 29 others about Tourette's.

Not sure I can sum up my upbringing/priorities any better than this...

My dad calls as the Giants go to halftime. Says I must be a happy guy. I say "yup." He starts rambling on about how sweet our offense looks. How awesome the projection screen is at some bar he's at in Medford, with a room full of Giants fans. Most first downs in 17 years in a half. Etc.

Asks me if the Phils are still up 5-0. I say "yup."

Then he goes, "Oh, so your brother had a bit of a tough night last night. Seems he was peeing on the sidewalk, a cop saw him and he ran. They found him later, and he's still in the pokey."

I, stunned, don't say anything. My dad goes on to explain that he's still in lockup. As my dad is at a bar, watching the Giants, an hour and a half south.

The conversation ends, "Go Giants, Go Phils, love you buddy."

My procrastination is really a problem. I have a huge paper due at midnight and I spent all day yesterday putting it off. All day. Now I had to take a personal day to crush it. I wish I had just a little bit, a smidgeon of willpower, but as much as I want to start, I don't.

So I'm about to start but first I have to shower, register to vote, and get a coffee.

I saw in today's paper that Howard Stern got married over the weekend. Two of the guests were Chevy Chase and Billy Joel.

????

I thought he and Chevy hated each other, and I've never heard him mention Billy Joel, although I haven't heard his show since it went to satellite.

They call them "Lipton Sides", but I just go ahead it and make an entire meal out of it.

Yo Paul, if a prof assigns a page count instead of a word count (who do they do this? why tempt me to break out the courier new?) you're expecting 12 point, right?

I wish I had a Phillies-red button down or a Phillies tie. No way to represent tomorrow.
