Unfortunately, the doofus Northwestern guys at Fox switched us out here to the Padres game. But if Chico grooved his first pitch, it's not necessarily a bad thing to take a crack at it. You can't just wait for walks all the time. Rollins has pretty good luck first pitch swinging.

19 pitches for Lohse. Should he start the 7th?

Since he's due up 8th in the inning, if it gets to that I likely won't care whether he hits or not.

I'd take 3 weeks off the end of my life if Lohse's slot comes up in the bottom half.

Chico is a pretty wild guy, it's probably wise to take a pitch when he shows his wild side

I did know when he was due up in the inning y'all - that's the point

But if they don't take pitches it won't matter...seriously he threw 10 pitches the last inning and WALKED the pitcher

True. But if a guy puts one in your wheelhouse, it's not really a sin to take a shot at smoking it. You really don't get all that many cripple pitches to hit in the big leagues.

With the righties coming up for the Phils in the 7th, I wouldn't be surprised if Acta brought in Rivera.
