#7 Lartigue, #8 Dyer, #9 Quinn, #10 Garcia and #18 Kelzer have been added to Williamsport, and #6 Martinelli and #16 Barbier will be added tomorrow after two more moves are made

Also BA has 13th rounder RHP Andrew Brown as signed. However, with Irvin's significant overslot bonus we are deep into the penalty tax are and are almost certainly done unless anyone unsigned is willin to take 100k

That's shocking. I like Irvin a lot but wouldn't think he had much leverage as a RS Junior. Hope we still get Kyle Young...actually don't really care because 25% chance he makes it out of rookie ball.

$144,900 saved from signing the top 10 picks, then they went $500K beyond the $100K limit on Stephen, so they're about $350K over their pool and will pay a 75% tax on it. They can spend about $300K more for anything beyond the #11-40 $100K limit before they get lose a 1st-round pick, but that doesn't include whatever #13 Brown got, so they might be done with big deals and #22 Young would head to Hofstra instead.

0-5% = 75% tax
5-10% = 75% tax + loss of 1st-rd pick
10-15% = 100% tax + loss of 1st-rd pick + loss of 2nd-rd pick
15%+ = 100% tax + loss of two 1st-rd picks
