Signed an undrafted College Junior SS named Chandler Hall from Louisiana Tech after LaTech's baseball coach left for Alabama. BA had him as the #20 prospect in Louisiana heading into the draft.

God apparently told him to sign with us.

"Goff leaving was a big part of it. But through a lot of prayer I felt like this is the path that God wants me to be on. After not getting drafted I was down in the dumps so I picked up on my prayer life and God really showed me that he had better things in store for me," Hall told The News-Star on Friday.

Hall thought he'd get drafted in one of the 40 rounds of the 2016 MLB Draft but he didn't hear his name called. He hit .271 with seven home runs, 38 RBIs and 21 stolen bases. He displays the speed and power that many thought could be a draftable player.

He will receive a signing bonus, which he declined to disclose, along with his final year of college paid for.
