I think you can start out with Bradford at 4/55; 30 guaranteed and see where that takes you. That gets him to just about 100 million in his career. essentially make it a 2 year deal with rising cap hits and lower dead cap money in 18 or 19 to hedge bets and allow max flexibility in 16 and 17.

You're not getting Bradford for less than Smith's deal. And you're certainly not getting him for 4/55.

Why not? He's not as good or as successful as Smith if wins and stats matter at all, not as mobile in the least, and has huge injury history. I'd go max 4/60 with 35 guaranteed. If he wants more than or equal to Smith than goodbye. He has a huge body of work that says he's below average NFL QB. He'd be getting top 15 QB money.

Yeah, again, I don't really see a huge list of teams that would be knocking themselves over to get Sam Bradford and pay him 16-17m plus.

RapSheet
The message teams are receiving this week: DeMarco Murray still not happy in Philly. Trading him will be difficult, but #Eagles will listen.
DeMarco Murray's affinity for DAL is evident. So is his $13M cap hit for #Eagles. Plenty to work out. Teams know his situation is unsettled

It's not that easy. This isn't Madden where you can just cut a player, his Dead Cap money is enormous.

Now he just announced Ertz's engagement before Zach or Julie did. Worst teammate

Those kids are gonna be incredible athletes. America needs like 12-15 kids from them.
On a scale of 1 to Chris Brown, how pissed is he?

I personally do not believe the rumors that Murray is unhappy in Philly.

Trade DeMarco draft Ezekiel Elliott
Even if you get run over by a clown car and pissed on by a busload of school children, it's still your responsibility to interpret the meaning of the event and choose a response

Couple non-first rounders of interest to me at combine

Bronson Kaufusi from BYU: yuge DE (6'6 285). Former bball player. Good production Also named Bronson (shouts to Bam Bam)

Sua Cravens from USC: classic tweener but really awesome football player in college. Played OLB in college but at 6'1 225, is not going to go super early. Now that we're back at 4-3 though, could fit at will, or we could use him as essentially starting dime LB like Cards used Buchanon. Jeremy Cash from Dook is a similar prospect so it'll be interesting to see how they test.

Barret Brooks was on the radio this morning and hyping Jahri but they are friends and it sounds like he being from Phila. would be open to it - but knows this is his last major pay-day so he will want to get paid. I thought there was some 26 year old G from KC who is at end of rookie deal, knows Pederson's system and Pederson that could be an anchor piece for the next 5-8 years out there?

If he's cheaper and has more shelf life ? In some alternate universe all the home towners Marvin Harrison Eddie George Matt Ryan would be Eagles - but it's rare that happens anymore.

I just want to see them improve at G.

Not sure. Their best prospects are Smith (OLB) who would probably have been a top 10 pick, but got a gruesome injury in bowl game and now will likely miss all of his rookie season. There is also Stanley (LT) who will be a first rounder, may be gone before Eagles or may be Eagles target. Couple other good prospects in Fuller (WR) who could be top 60 pick and Nick Martin (OC), brother of Cowboys OG, probably also goes Day 2. Also have a decent RB prospect in Procise

I think we can get a couple good years of production from Murray. If Sam Bradford remains, I'd like to keep him here in Phila. - we paid for him, we lost our star RB who we all wanted to retire in Eagle-green for him - so let's ride it out. As well, why would I want to help Dal out? From what i've read - he'd have to rework his deal and then a trade could happen but I don't know if that's true? Where's Howie - ??
