I don't think you can judge a system in such short time. I guess it doesn't matter since Pederson will have very little control.

One of the reporters on Twitter mentioned (I can't remember who) that by re-signing Bradford, Pederson will be expected to win next year but expectations will be different if he opts to bring in a new, less experienced QB.

Chip's last ~15 months here included a ridiculous collapse where we went from something like 80% to win the division to missing the playoffs, getting personnel control and promptly trading away a fan favorite for an injured linebacker who unsurprisingly got hurt again and then putting together a miserably boring offense and a roster that looked really suspect.
