So last night around 3am or so, I heard a ruckus outside and there were two cop cars parked strangely on the street and then 5 more cop cars came flying by. I went to the other side of the house and I could see another 3 cop cars with cops running around the burnt out building behind us. They were looking for someone, obviously. After about 30 minutes they all got into their cars and drove away (it turned out there were 11 cops cars in the street and behind the building -- 11!!!). I figured the guys must still be hiding somewhere in the bushes or in the building, so I stood there watching for awhile. I then noticed that one cop has stayed behind, I assume thinking the same thing I was. After about 10-15 minutes, with the cop hiding in the shadows right below my window, I here some noise and then the cop starts screaming, "freeze or I'll blow you f$%##$@! head off." He turned his flashlight on and I could see some guy crawling out a window. He was quickly handcuffed and taken away.

I think he was a burglar or something, or at least I think that's what the cop said. It was hard to hear.

you should've gotten a paper bag lunch bag, blew it up and stuck it out the window and popped it over the cops head. I'm sure you and he would've had a nice laugh about it.

I thought about popping my head out to ask what was up, but I was afraid they might overreact and shoot me. I was also afraid the guy was hiding on my roof because it can be reached from my fire escape and the cops never seemed to look up..

the internets is beginning to bore me.

i have to take spanish next semester and i'm expecting the worst. i haven't taken it for a year and a half now and will have to jump right to 107 (skipping 105 and 106). meh.

The roach traps worked pretty quick.
