TLDR version:
-- Get a head coach
-- Buy out Lecavalier
-- Trade Luke Schenn
-- Re-sign Del Zotto
-- Bring back Justin Williams and also sign Jarret Stoll and Colin McDonald
-- Sign Jhonas Enroth to replace Emery
-- Give Morin, Ghost and Alt a shot at making the team
-- Draft the #1 Euro skater (Rantanen), #5 NA skater (Crouse) or #11 NA skater (Barzal) with the #7 pick

Had the same feeling at the very beginning... He wasn't all hat bad in his first stint here, picked up a little Stanley cup experience along the way and most importantly there is the comfort level. If you're on board with hextall coming back I don't see why anyone would really be against this move either.
