I could be wrong but didn't he say the exact opposite not one week ago? Something to the effect of not wanting to or having the capability to GM; said he is a coach. Of course, I cannot find the damn article now.

If a team signs Babcock in the next three weeks, it would have to agree to give the Wings a third-round draft pick once within the next three years, Detroit general manager Ken Holland told reporters in the Motor City. The year would be at the choice of the signing team.

TSN's off-season game plan for the Flyers

TLDR version:
-- Get a head coach
-- Buy out Lecavalier
-- Trade Luke Schenn
-- Re-sign Del Zotto
-- Bring back Justin Williams and also sign Jarret Stoll and Colin McDonald
-- Sign Jhonas Enroth to replace Emery
-- Give Morin, Ghost and Alt a shot at making the team
-- Draft the #1 Euro skater (Rantanen), #5 NA skater (Crouse) or #11 NA skater (Barzal) with the #7 pick
