I only order chicken at diners and cheap ethnic places, because every other restaurant caters to the timid tastes of the boneless skinless breast eaters. No bones = no good.*

However - chicken thighs, with salt, pepper, and rosemary - oven roasted - are as good as steak.

Use a roasting pan and save the drippings. Anything fried in chicken fat is double more good.

*fwiw, filet mignon is the ladies' cut. Real men eat steak with bones.

my MIL leaves 5 minute messages about nothing for my wife all the time. the latest was 5 minutes ago. She's going to florida tomorrow so she told my daughter she printed out her boarding pass, she's being picked up at 5, all this bizarre useless stuff. so weird
