A guy was updating that he was being released from the hospital after a 4 day stay...someone posted 'oh and I was just going to visit!' Knowing her, totally not true

This'll be my 7th, and the second in a row that I don't have to work. I got this weird nervous feeling when I saw the fountain dyed green the other day, then realized I don't have to work and felt much better. Working in bars this weekend here is just the pits.

Huge Irish population. Savannah was one of the only ports that would allow the Irish in at one point (so I've been told, but don't ask me to back that up). They worked on the railroads. An old employer of mine once told me "There's an Irishman buried under every railroad tie."
Anyway, it's one of the top three St Pat's parades in the country, which is remarkable considering the size of the city. Lots of drunk spring break frat boys and idiot tourists. It's a really big deal down here. Bars build their whole budget around this week.

It is cheaper to see a Diamondbacks game at chase field than a Giants spring training game! I heard they raised the prices this year quite significantly. 53 dollars for reserved grandstand, 30 dollars for lawn, wtf... Is this a damn playoff game?

I usually take in about 2-4 spring training games, and this is my first of the year and maybe it's cause it's st. Patrick's day? I just want to get drunk, not have to worry about driving, enjoy the 90 degree weather and not sit in the lawn where I'm pulling grass out of my ass for the rest of the day and do it for less than 100 bucks for two peeps.

It's worth checking out at least once. If you're not at work, it can be a lot of fun. I'll be heading out into the shit around noon. Probably end up waking up under a car tomorrow morning. No big deal for me though. I wear green and day drink all year round

Well, that's that. I just resigned from the Philadelphia Phillies baseball club. Holy shit. What a great ten years that was though!

yeah - the prices at Scottsdale Stadium are a fucking joke.

My parents are going to Sloan Park today and taking a shuttle from the Thirsty Lion at Tempe Marketplace, which they do for all Cubs home games. Might be a good secondary option later this spring if you want to not worry about driving and cab it back from Tempe.

Is there any more explanation other than the position responsibilities were being shifted?
