We had a girl at The Diner in State College who used to wait table while tripping, but I would think that's child's play compared to pitching in front of thousands of people. Dude had some serious fortitude to try and succeed at such a thing, let alone pitch the no-no.

Padres have fired Manager Bud Black ("relieved him of his duties"). Looking for an Interim Manager. Bench coach Dave Roberts will run the team until they find somebody.
