They can make it work cap wise since they're probably just going to put Pronger and Timonen on LTIR in camp and go over the cap right from the start.

Cap wise it would be tight, salary would obviously have to go back the other way since they apparently couldn't give Lecavalier away for free. Seems like a Homer overreact to Timonens circumstance move. Hextall is all about prospects, draft picks and patience. Eklund is throwing shit against the wall. He gets this "he sorta knows the Flyers" rep but libertyballers has better Flyers sources.

I think Bogosian being 24 makes him an intriguing target even if you're about patience. He's locked up long term at a good cap hit and he's young. It's hard to imagine any incarnation of this team where he wouldn't fit.

I think if they got Bogosian, Coburn would be on the next flight to Edmonton, probably just for picks.

I don't have any sense of what the price would be for Bogo, but I assume B. Schenn would be a part of the deal.

Schenn and one of the 4 defenseman prospects would be my guess as a starting point.

Hasn't lived up to expectations. Kinda like Coburn where everybody thinks should be a top pairing guy but he's not.

I remember his name getting dangled around at the draft as someone who could move, but I dunno. If the price is that high (and anything more than Schenn and a 1st or Schenn and maybe Hagg is pretty high to me), then it probably isn't the best idea.
