Mason broke his finger:

Philadelphia Flyers goalie Steve Mason sustained an injury to his finger and will be sidelined from on-ice training for two weeks, the team said Thursday.

"Steve Mason broke his right pinky finger playing hockey in Oakville, Ontario on Sunday, July 27," general manager Ron Hextall said in a statement. "Mason will miss approximately two weeks of on-ice training but will continue with his off-ice training."

LeClair was a monster. One of the top trades in team history. Recchi for Desjardins and LeClair. Then Recchi was on the team a few years later again. Awesome.

However, I will always be pissed at LeClair for being such a no-show in the later rounds of the playoffs. Was awesome when he scored in the Alumni game off of Lindros feed.

The following statement is an injury update from Flyers GM Ron Hextall:

Flyers defenseman Kimmo Timonen has been diagnosed with blood clots in his lower right leg and in both lungs. Kimmo is currently being treated for this disorder back in his home country of Finland. His return to play is yet to be determined.
