@RaysBaseball: Dear @RedSox scoreboard operator - your standings are wrong. Yours truly, @RaysBaseball.

@RedSox: Don't worry @raysbaseball we look forward to seeing you in Tampa in September for our home games at the Trop.

Yeah seeing as these are official accounts I was pretty surprised.

The Red Sox person said tampa has no fans and that Red Sox fans will take over Tropicana Field when they play there in September.

And that was in response to the tampa person making a remark about the Sox not being in first anymore.

They might even get to see one or two of the Red Sox 7 victories in that month.

The really weird thing about that comment is that all six of the Red Sox/Rays games in St. Pete have drawn below the Rays season average. The Rays are 29th in attendance. #RedSoxNation!!!

5/14 15,227
5/15 15,767
5/16 16,055
6/10 15,477
6/11 16,870
6/12 15,091

Rays season average 17,790

Nationals late scratched top prospect Brian Goodwin from AA game. Could be nothing, could be something.

He's a former #1 overall draft pick and the Nationals don't screw those up!

Watching Yankees fans actively rooting for a lifetime ban because it's "the right thing to do" is my favorite thing about this season.

Baseball is dumb sometimes.

The Mariners entered the ninth with a five-run lead over Boston, but closer Tom Wilhelmsen got knocked around, putting the first four batters on base. With a switch-hitter up and a righty on deck, Thompson wanted to bring in righty reliever Yoervis Medina. But he signaled to the bullpen with his left arm, catching himself almost immediately—but the damage was done. The umpires forced the Mariners to bring in lefty Oliver Perez.

Seems pretty dumb to not just let him bring in the guy he wanted to, it's not like he walked back to the dugout, or perez had even made it out of the bullpen by the time he put up the correct arm.
