The veteran reliever was expected to become an integral part of the bullpen following a midseason trade with Pittsburgh in 2012. Unfortunately for Lincoln, things haven't really worked out, as he spent the entire 2013 campaign bouncing back and forth between the Majors and Minors. Lincoln's biggest problem at the big league level was his 22 walks in just 31 2/3 innings. As of now, he doesn't seem to have much of a chance to make the team, but he could be included as a secondary piece in one of Anthopoulos' trades this offseason.

With Rasmussen (minor leaguer Phils got for M Young) gone, Phillies have just 5 starting pitchers on 40-man: KK, Lee, Cole, MAG, Pettibone.
Who the fuck is MAG? The Cuban?
