Morosi says we signed Aaron Cook. Minor league deal with incentive of $1.6M if he starts the season with the big club

just noticed what a nice short season 2012 phils draftee kevin brady had with the crosscutters. sickels put him #16 in the system with a "sleeper" tag. one of the higher k rates in the system, and sickels calls him a hard thrower, suggesting that the k's are coming partly from power pitching rather than just craftiness.
any scouting of him done by folks here that i missed in other threads?
