The Astros are 39-85 and seem pretty much certain to have the worst season since the 2004 Diamondbacks who lost 111. To put this in perspective, if they go .500 for the rest of the season, they'll finish 58-104. The only teams worse than this since 2004 are the 2005 Royals (56-106), 2010 Pirates (57-105), and 2011 Astros (56-106). The Nats didn't even do this bad to get Strasburg and Harper (motherfuckers).

Don't forget that the highest paid player on their active roster is Ben Francisco who is in a bench role. I can't get over that
