Apparently, it was four pitchers.

I'm guessing Schwimer, Stutes, Worley, and Herndon.

I think there's a decent chance Oswalt calls it a career if the Phils win the series. Maybe even if they don't.

John Smoltz just admits he was wrong about CBP.

Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

I think we should definitely trade Brown for Asdrubal Cabrera and let Jimmy walk after this year. A-Cab won't make more than $5M in arb next year, Indians are dogshit, and he'll be a FA after the 2013 season, so Cleveland only has 2 more years left of him before he bolts anyway.

Lock him in at $5M and we have money to do other things, because I still think the bare minimum Rollins gets is 3/30, and I suspect he'll get more.

New CBA means free agent salaries will inflate this winter.

Also, wrt bullpen, I'd let Madson walk unless he gives us a big discount. He's a dickbag, his fragile, and I just don't like him.

Hopefully someone from within the org. comes up and can do the same at 3rd because I don't want it to be martinez doing it.

this adds to the confusion, because

1) Smoltz apparently recanted in March - and it caused no particular uproar around here that I remember
2) Grizz sez Smoltz "just" admits he was wrong - so did he do it again, more recently? If so, why?

Complete this sentence:

Letting the Phillies play the Astros next week is like....
"I'm in a bar with the games sound turned off and that Cespedes home run still sounded like inevitability."

-swish
