The one thing with the Chicken Little offense stuff is I'm afraid if Charlie buys into this small ball, bunting is the only way to score runs with these awful awful players crap maybe all the hand wringing will become reality. Listening to Kruk, it sounds like he's getting his negativity about the offense from Charlie (either that or his producers told him to embellish things Charlie has said so he is more interesting). That last half inning for example, bunting with Victorino hitting right handed with two on and none out to get to Michael Martinez seems like a pretty good way to score many fewer runs over the course of a season. Maybe it's just a spring training working on things deal, but if they bunted in the 3rd inning of a real game with Victorino to get to Martinez (or someone of that level), that would be really frustrating.
