I don't think so. Who would you start in Game 5 anyway? Happ?

we need to win 1 out of 3. our odds of winning each game this way are about 50% each. if we start hamels in a home game and moyer in a road game, our odds in the road game go down to 40% and our odds in the home game go up to about 60%.
Odds of losing three straight games at 50% each:
12.5%
Odds of losing three straight games at 40%,50%,60%:
12.0%
Basically, if you can do something to encourage a split when you're ahead, you do it. But as you can see, the odds there are small. And I'm not willing to assume Moyer will be equally effective in Game 7 as he would be (or Happ would be) in Game 5.
Another argument would be to keep Hamels' innings down and have him very rested going into the World Series.
Still, I think you go with what's working and avoid taking anybody out of their rythym. Hamels FTW in Game 5!

If the Phils don't win the games he doesn't pitch, there's still a great chance he needs to come in at some point to close something out. And if they don't win those games, he'll need to pitch a game anyway, and then he might not be ready for the start of the World Series.
