Phils released their other hard throwing wild man, Roasario. So this is their new experiment. Rosario, in addition to having big time command and control problems, was always hurt. This guy at least appears to be healthy. He's pretty young too. I like the idea of collecting youngish hard throwers. That's how you get your J. J. Putz and Matt Thornton type relievers. Guys who can give you a real good year or two.
