god i'll admit i don't miss those loooong pauses between pitches. have to believe that's part of how he gets frustrated with certain players- because he gets time called against him so often.

At MLB.com, you can sign up for mlb.tv premium. It's a trial as long as you cancel before five days. You still have to enter your CC and all, but you can watch every game.

For me so far (10 minutes?), it's great once you're on a good game, but it doesn't switch real fast.

In the SEA-OAK game, they said Ted Williams and John Glenn were in the same 'fighter group'(?) during World War II. That's pretty wild.

According to wikipedia, Glenn's nickname was "magnet ass" because of his ability to attract flak.
