thread for discussing random non-phils games 2.0

Yeah I think it's great. The video quality on 700 is way better then I was expecting--I've been multitasking all night and the steam has been seamless, not choppy, no disruptions and I've been flipping from game to game. Sucks others are having bad experiences with it because I like it so much I'm seriously considering keeping this for at least the rest of the month and maybe all season. If you finagle it so you can get Phils games let me know.

Didn't see the Cincinnati mayor's "first pitch" posted elsewhere on the board. My apologies if I missed it.

The mayor got another chance last night on Kimmel's show. Um, he almost killed someone.

Minor league threads....should we do daily ones like before or the hated "rolling" ones for each team?

Ottawa - OFF
Reading - 7pm vs Harrisburg (Landon Jacbosen)
Clearwater - 7pm vs Dunedin (Freddy Garcia)
Lakewood - 6:30pm vs Greensboro (Carlos Monasterios)

Comcast has turned on the free preview in my area. Channel 777 for Cubs-Reds. This is awesome.

No, we had a light dusting of snow overnight. The game was called because of the cold; the temp is 29 with winds at 17.

Thank you for this. I was going solely by the on-screen guide, and it still said NHL Center Ice.

Yeah and I'm trying to figure out how they're going to put NHL Center Ice and Extra Innings on at the same time tonight.

They've mixed NHL and MLB the last 3-4 years as well. You might see some stations that are MLB at 7pm and NHL at 10pm, vice versa, etc., whatever...

very outstanding---given health he's a lock to win 15 and could end up a 20 game winner in his first season
