bonds pulled after 2nd homer - no word if it was an injury or not
''I don't know what was harder - that (Phillies lineup) or the All-Star team lineup,'' Haren said.

Doubtful. Blowout game, Roberts didn't start, so they put him in.

Roy Halladay need 107 pitches to record a 10 inning complete game

Wow, Abreu with an awful error on the flyball near the wall.

Kiko Calero is pitching for the A's. Great baseball name.

The least talented part of the Mulder trade, and yet he's still a valuable middle reliever. That trade might be the single best trade of Beane's career, and that's saying something.

WOW. Eric Chavez just made a highlight reel catch. He was running towards the stands on the 3B side, trying to catch a popup over his head. He reached up, the ball hit his glove, he started falling down, and he juggled the ball, managing to hold onto it as he hit the ground.

Bottom of the 10th, 2-2

Some how every moron out there will feel justified on the trade because of that one play (which I did not see). I bet there are other boards just dancing in glee right now.

BTW...last night Francona brought Papelbon in for another 5 out save...it wasn't needed cause in the bottom of the 8th the sox exploded for 6 runs to open up a 4-1 lead to 10-1 so papelbon wasn't needed in the 9th.

McCarver and Stockton on the Red Sox Angels Game...

Everybody around baseball knows how good JD Drew is...do they all know how fragile he is?

Manny just grounded into a DP with two outs. Apparently the Angel second baseman didn't know there were two outs and turned the double play.

Schilling has recovered pretty well from his first start against the royals...that's a pretty solid rotation...
