John Maine, Hamels' opponent when he gave up the back-to-back-to-backers last week, just gave up his own trifecta.

What's best about it, however, is that it was to the Dodgers' 7-8-9 hitters, including pitcher Kuo, who did just as exaggerated a bat flip as Lo Duca.

I wonder how many Mets fans want to throw at Kuo.

Gotta love Lidge. Has been pitching his butt off all year to work his way back into the closers role. Gets his first chance tonight and blows the save.
