Funny thing is I had very low expectations for tonight. Figured the Eagles would move the ball on us at will. This Eagles team is deeply flawed, regardless of how much they win by tonight.

Eli is very good. Just need a little more time for the o-line to come together. And a new defense.

The Eagles are quite bad. Could be back in first place next week.

I think things are worse than that offensively--the o line might get it together, or it might not. Eli is very good, and it's not like there's an upgrade out there, but his game is making very quick throws, and counting on his receivers to make catches. If he gets disrupted, he's not going to be able to make things happen on his own.

And just like there's no way you can win without an o-line, you can't stop people if you don't have a pass rush. And I've never seen a Giants team that had such an ineffective pass rush in probably 40 years of watching them.

My current plan for the pass rush involves JPP having his bad hand amputated and replaced with a hook. I think he could be very effective creating havoc with a hook.
