Plan extra time, when you get behind him pull over, drink coffee, make BSG posts, execute short sales, etc. After 10 minutes, resume your drive. Even if you catch up to him, you made good money on those trades.

Good strategy. Maybe adds time, but with the aggravation you miss you're likely to add years to your life to make up for it.

Peevin' on people that don't break down their cardboard boxes before putting trash and recycling on the curb. Worst tetris players ever

Ehhh it all gets tossed right into a giant compactor anyway. I still generally break down boxes except sometimes I keep one larger one intact and use that to carry the others out to the curb.

I hear ya. Sometimes when lots of empty shapely boxes are put out to the curb, they can get strewn about and then the street gets trashy. I mean it's trash, but it can be neat too. Yours is the perfect example of that neatness. Kudos

Traffic circles. The roundabouts themselves are a fine idea but given the variance in people they just don't work.

I'm sure at least 50% will disable it because "I'm a great driver". Similar to the old ABS argument.

More like circles of fucking death out here. Seems like we add another, ever other day. Probably got more than Jersey now.

I bet Phred can guess the roundabout I'm talking about. Let's get him to chime in.

Just be glad you don't have to figure out this thing:

I'm sorry, man. I really don't encounter many roundabouts in South Charlotte.

I can think of 1 in Mint Hill but I can't think of one in Matthews. I'm not doubting it's existence or it's level of danger just that I don't think I drive that part very often.
