I knew that going in, I just thought it was stupid.

I never see the point in doing Biopic/true stories and changing around a lot of the info. If you have to change things, maybe the dude didn't warrant a movie

The Natural
is one of Levinson's best films, great cast, great score, fun story with pure baseball mythology, it's fatal flaw was the ending was changed from the original story.

I like The Natural quite a bit and if I did a list of my top 15 baseball films, it would surely make the cut.
