Next time someone sees Marino, ask him why he sold his house at Daytona.

I had to hit the bathroom hard during Bruce so I bailed during one of the new songs. Bathrooms upstairs were packed so I figured going downstairs would be quicker. On my way down the escalator Mike Missanelli was going up the opposite escalator with a fresh beer. When I got to the first floor John Clark walked out of the seating area right in front of me and headed toward the nearest bathroom where the line was also pretty long. He kind of gave an awkward turn around, I gave him a "whatta ya gonna do" shrug and he bailed. I stood in line for another minute before I followed suit and found the next men's bathroom was pretty much empty. New respect for John Clark

We need a "everyday regional semi- celebs sightings" thread?

I'm at a Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League game in Silver Spring right now and Cal Ripken is at the game. His son Ryan is playing for the visiting team.

I (more my dad) saw Tommy McDonald at KOP Mall at Arby's when I was about 10. We didn't want to bother him, but of course my mom did. Next I know, he's walking us through the mall, telling us stories, letting my dad hold his title ring, and leading us to his car (it was a POS Ford Taurus station wagon. Green, by the way.) Anyway, he basically forced us to buy a signed HOF hat, but what the fuck are you gonna do, it was Tommy McDonald. Probably cooler for my dad than me, though.

There's even a high chance I told this story earlier in this thread, but who cares.

McDonald is cool, but borders on crazy.

Yeah I think I was about 10 or 11, can't really remember, but from everything I have seen on TV, and getting the chance to see him in person, I can see why someone would say that.

My parents saw Lewis Black walking down the street in Seattle a couple weeks back. My dad said "Good morning". Lewis return the greeting. Great story.

I once drove past Donald Sutherland walking down a side street in downtown Princeton.

And one time Pink came to my friends' band's gig.

That's about it for me in this category.

I passed Dylan Baker (a pretty decent character actor) walking in NYC in Times Square a couple of weeks ago.
