If the scotus nomination is some sort of super spreader event I’ll actually start believe the whole “we live in a simulation” thing. It’s too much.

I'm pretty sure the timeline I've seen the most is: test positive within 2-4 days of infection (depending on type of testing), symptoms 4-6 days after infection and contagion for around 5 days after onset of symptoms.

So Biden's negative today is a very good sign IRT his interactions with Trump bozos on Tuesday

yeah i believe this is true. i'm sure they'll test him again tomorrow or sunday (or both) but so far so good.

News: I have obtained a memo from the @WHCA board to WH reporters with word of "two additional cases of COVID-19 at the White House." A journalist received a preliminary positive result. And a WH staffer who sits in the "lower press" area received a confirmed positive result.

This administration absolutely fucking sucks.

If we had a competent administration everyone would rapid test every few days.

Jim Jordan refusing to quarantine or even wear a mask after having extended contact with the Trumps this week.

It would not surprise me in the least if the WH is downplaying the symptoms. And I suspect that there are a lot of top campaign and administration people who are likely infected, and this is going to make functioning even that the typical level of incompetence very difficult.
