Trump and the Christmas Hater caught the 'Rona

A non-military attending physician at Walter Reed National Medical Center harshly criticized President Donald Trump’s motorcade photo op as something which could endanger lives of Secret Service agents who accompanied him in his SUV.

“Every single person in the vehicle during that completely unnecessary Presidential 'drive-by' just now has to be quarantined for 14 days. They might get sick. They may die. For political theater. Commanded by Trump to put their lives at risk for theater. This is insanity,” Dr. James Phillips tweeted.

Every time I took a course of prednisone I felt on top of the world. Does dexamethasone have the some of the same effects as other steroids? Might explain some of his "healthy" appearance.

I'm assuming a loss in AL. And that the dems don't lose an unexpected race, like Peters in MI.

I think it's possible to pull this off, though the odds aren't great when you multiply it out. Iowa is a toss-up, but I like the dem momentum and the other first 5 are currently winning. The tough part will be picking off one of the last group. Winning SC would be an excellent way to top it off.

This is 52?

Dexamethasone use in hospice may promote a sense of well-being and reduce fatigue in patients at the end of life. This is certainly a beneficial side effect of this medication when it’s being used to palliate other symptoms but it is not usually used for this purpose alone. This side effect is also temporary.

Doesn't it come to 54 when you add the two independents who caucus with the dems?

They have 47+2 right now. If they add 6 and lose 1, that's an addition of 5 overall, which gets them to 52+2, right? I stipulated in the original post that I was counting the independents.

I literally googled it before making that original post.

Don't need to say anything. I was just shocked and disappointed that google let me down. I obviously must have read it wrong, but I'm not sure how. Well that makes getting to 54 much harder. I'd still be pretty happy with 52 because that would almost guarantee Trump is gone, assuming no crazy electoral college mayhem.

Fun fact: Like Don Draper's stepdad, Trump's grandfather owned brothels.

fwiw, 538 has a 16.5% chance of 54 or more D senate seats.

I would absolutely put money on that at 6 to 1. Maybe 25%-30%?

Feels like with the Senate, when close races break, they tend to fall in one direction.

The president had wanted to be discharged from Walter Reed yesterday, but doctors weren't okay with it. So the car ride became the compromise
