I worked in an area with 4 other people, the rest of the floor was basically empty. 3 of us got sick around the same time in December, the oldest (late 50’s/early 60’s) had pneumonia and was hospitalized for that and then went back in the hospital in January for a cardiovascular issue, the youngest (mid 20’s) was sick as hell hacking up a lung for about a month, I got a pretty high fever and body aches for about 48 hours and thought I was getting the flu and then all of the sudden I just felt better, like in the middle of the day it just broke and I was fine. The last guy, mid 30’s, never got anything. We all wonder now if we had it then.


This was my office in January. Last next to me missed 3 weeks of work.

Maddow had some doctors on and one said Trump's chance of dying was around 10-12%, I think, but that high number was due to his condition and age. Many of the other sick people are fairly old and some in not good shape (Christie, for one), so maybe they are at 5% on average? I'm guessing at that, but it's probably close. So I think it's probably abut 50/50 that someone will die, with Christie and Trump being the most likely. It will probably be the guy from Notre Dame because he won't get the level of treatment that the guys directly connected to the administration will get.

This is all guesswork, of course.

We will learn by Monday that either (a) they knew he was positive but not showing symptoms on Tuesday or Wednesday or (b) they aren’t actually testing people.

I suspect they knew something was amiss Tuesday evening.

I don’t like to venture into the conspiracy theory space so I think the tweets are misleading or at least looking for something that’s not there.

I suppose me posting it furthers it which only serves to push it more forward. But nonetheless, the technology will make this shit even more difficult (and easy for those in power to exploit).
