Nancy Pelosi is asking for $2.4 Trillion Dollars to bailout poorly run, high crime, Democrat States, money that is in no way related to COVID-19. We made a very generous offer of $1.6 Trillion Dollars and, as usual, she is not negotiating in good faith. I am rejecting their request, and looking to the future of our Country. I have instructed my representatives to stop negotiating until after the election when, immediately after I win, we will pass a major Stimulus Bill that focuses on hardworking Americans and Small Business. I have asked @senatemajldr Mitch McConnell not to delay, but to instead focus full time on approving my outstanding nominee to the United States Supreme Court, Amy Coney Barrett. Our Economy is doing very well. The Stock Market is at record levels, JOBS and unemployment also coming back in record numbers. We are leading the World in Economic Recovery, and THE BEST IS YET TO COME!

Yes, Trump’s only hope of stealing the election is through the elector certification process. I think state GOP are just playing along to keep a Trump placated. As I alluded to before though, I don’t think the state legislatures in question are stocked with enough Trump loyalists who are willing to sacrifice their political futures on his behalf.

Kavanaugh lied under oath on multiple occasions, and Alito and Thomas are true believers. The jury is out on Gorsuch and ASB and Roberts. While I feel like Roberts will side with dems to keep the SCOTUS from getting dirty, ASB and Gorsuch owe their bench posts to the man they will be judging and were both appointed under corrupt circumstances. Roberts isn't even needed to overturn our democracy.

Do I KNOW they will vote with Trump? No, I don't. Is there reason to be concerned? Yes, there certainly is. The Kavanaugh vote on the latest case about the election seemed to be setting up his vote in favor of PA sitting alternative electors. Notably, the dems didn't offer a dissent with experts saying they may have been keeping their powder dry for the PA case. We need a path to victory that doesn't require PA. I think they will steal PA. The fact that some other states are coming into play is really important, imho.

Exactly. Trump is going to have 3 of his own people on the court, people chosen for their willingness to tow the heritage foundation line and kneel to the emperor. Alito and Thomas will do whatever is the most awful thing, as they always do. Roberts is window dressing and will probably make it 6-3 to make it look like there was more agreement since he won't be able to stop the result.

Joe is winning PA. He’ll win FL, too, but it will be a hotly-contested quagmire because of Buttboy DeSantis. I think Joe will pull through in OH, too, the way things are going but it will be interesting to see how far DeWine will go for Trump to corrupt the results.

Eh, I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the outcome of any SC vote. Furthermore, PA isn’t going to certify Trump electors if Biden scores a decisive victory there, which appears to be the likely outcome. They are not going to be able to provide any evidence that ~10% of Biden’s votes were submitted fraudulently. Again, you two seem a bit too paranoid, but perhaps it is a coping mechanism to prepare yourself for the worst case scenario.

I don’t think the SCOTUS has been privatized like the Senate to the point where they totally disregard their Constitutional duties. I’m sure they will do some deflating bullshit in the coming years due to their beliefs, but I don’t believe they’ll try to disregard the election outcome to keep Trump in office.
