Will come down the PA and Florida regardless of how many millions of votes more Biden gets nationally. Pretty scary.

Doesn’t winning AZ NV MI WI plus all other Hilary states get him to 270?

On 538, they have PA as the tipping state right now, with Arizona and Minn on either side.

Will they fight and defeat his personal militia or will it take a larger force?

The fact he's attack the pentagon is worrying because he could turn and say he needs the armed presence of his supports in the streets because the pentagon is against him. I think the plan is to sew chaos at every turn (including some things that will happen right before the election that we didn't think anyone would ever have the balls to do -- crazy shit), then win on election night, then use his army of white supremacists and nutjobs to disrupt the counting as his lawsuits move through the courts.

So I do think it will come down to those states, but it will also come down to what the supreme court decides. Roberts has seemed sane and more concerned about maintaining the court's powers than advancing Trump's agenda, but I don't trust him at all, particularly since we don't know what skeletons he might have that Putin and the Donald could exploit. Extortion is one of the constants among autocrats around the world.

I don't know. I think he loves Ivanka. Maybe more than he should. The fact that she married a complete sociopath fits with the fact she has a sociopath for a father.

I mentioned this earlier, but it the issue seems to have gotten some legs now. The military thing is interesting--as far as I know, it's not good form for top officers to criticize the President, and for good reason. But I think the Covid thing has exposed to many in the military how huge a disaster it would if there were a major geopolitical crisis with Trump in charge. What would happen if China invaded Taiwan, or Russia invaded one of the Baltic states or even something like North Korea attack S. Korea with artillery.

All but the latter are pretty unlikely--we have to think that neither Russia nor China want to risk that level of provocation....but then again who thought we'd be on month 6 of a national health crisis with an executive branch that seems to have done everything it can to make it worse.

Can we all agree that this experiment of having a dumb TV host and shady real estate developer with no government knowledge, 5 children from 3 marriages, 6 bankruptcies, 46 charges of sexual assault, and 3,800 lawsuits as president is not going well at all?

The stock market is on the verge of a correction and the AstraZeneca vaccine trial has been halted. Bad news for America in the short-term but possibly good news long-term since these developments will likely negatively affect Trump’s re-election chances.

Just when you thought things could not get any more insane, the DOJ is going to represent Trump in a civil suit. The fucking DOJ is acting as the president's lawyer. WTAF?

Justice Department wants to defend Trump in E. Jean Carroll defamation lawsuit

The request and possible change of lawyers could further delay the lawsuit, or even kill it entirely. Should the Justice Department be allowed to take over, it could mean the end of Carroll's lawsuit as the federal government can't be sued for defamation, noted CNN legal analyst and University of Texas law school professor Steve Vladeck.

By the time it got to that point the election would be over. You can't just evict someone that easily. He does have rights.

any chance the PA house and/or senate flips in November? Our EV incentives are relatively awful. NJ gets $5K, no sales tax, and $1K towards install of home charger. We get $800 on EVs with a list price of less than $50K.

Good Marist College poll for Pennsylvania this morning. Biden +9 among likely voters.

Bunch of Morning Consult released but I'm not sure what to make of them.

Liberals always looking for a handout. smh

You can't expect EV kickbacks in a BIG oil producing state like PA

VA "taxes" (I think it is actually a registration fee) EVs at a higher rate because they are not contributing to road maintenance through fuel taxes. Imagine if PA charged the Old Order and Amish...

It's going to be tough.

Need to flip 9 in the state house. Two of those possibilities are in Chester County. If one chamber is flipping it is the house.

Need to flip four in the senate. Unfortunately there really are only four that Ds have any chance of flipping. In order of likelihood I'd go: John Kane in Chesco/Delco, George Scott in Dauphin, Julie Slomski in Eerie, and then Janet Diaz in Lancaster. The first two are likely flips while the second two are going to be very tough.

We have a good candidate running out in the the 31st district that includes Mechanicsburg- Shanna Danielson. If she wins though, Biden is winning PA by 10. A really impossible task to flip her race.

Have to hold a suburban Pittsburgh one too-- Pam Iovino.

Polls aren't votes but I think they all look pretty good considering the everything is ruined PA and FL polls yesterday.

I am certain that there have been several attempts to get him a nomination through his whole presidency. I am sure that there have been other xenophobic, racist, narcissistic accused rapists to garner nominations, and maybe awards.

Also, did he really? Did he or Jared have much if anything to do with this? Was it started elsewhere and by other people? The general rule in the ME is that any discussions among Muslim nations and the Jewish state were off book.

"we're going to appoint very PRO-CRIME judges"

Mental gymnastics are not his game when he forgets the new new branch of the military is NOT the Air Force, then again he might actually have had a neuron fire that reminded him the truth is that the USAF always had a space command.

Just a few of the good times from the Super Spreader event in NC.
