Rasmussen is all over the place lately, though consistently favoring Trump. But it's only a small part of the aggregate and doesn't have much effect on the trend, especially since 538 adjusts it.

I’ve seen 0 Meidas or PAC commercials supporting Biden or going after Trump here in Delco. At least not on 6ABC.
