In recent years, we've been going to this unusual BYO that has some great food in the middle of nowhere between Hope and Willisville. Since it seems to have closed down, and there's a pandemic anyway, we're going to get some excellent BBQ. (It is world class, and gives even the best Memphis places a run for their money.)

Only times I’ve ever had it has been at my parents’ house after it’s been in the fridge, and even for cold chicken it left quite a bit to be desired IMO. They also always get the plain old original flavor (I’m assuming there are others), which I’m not a huge fan of no matter where it’s from.
