It's a normal sized quarantine, find a new slant.

Thailand had as many chinese tourists as anyone, with literally hundreds of thousands of chinese visiting thailand in the middle of the outbreak. Many of these chinese groups were from Wuhan. And yet, Thailand only has 70 cases so far. I guess it's tropical, but that's an amazingly low number given that they should have been the first place to get an outbreak after the one in China. Is it really just the heat/sunlight?
