Feel like I need to stop going to the gym for a while, right?
I know what you're asking yourself and the answer is yes. I have a nick name for my penis. Its called the Octagon, but I also nick named my testes - my left one is James Westfall and my right one is Doctor Kenneth Noisewater.

Likewise. Not happy about it but worth it.

Same here. I'm trying to get in shape for my wedding this summer so it looks like I'm going to be focusing on running for a while. Hope the weather cooperates!

Some of the places we are getting people out of are doing things like shutting down public transportation including taxis. At this point we have rerouted people and found ways to get them at least to airports. Now we need to work on what happens when a full staff is back and ready to come to the office. We are playing from behind with some of this as there is not official policy as we tended to take cues from our customers and they have their own problems at the moment.

This site appears to be getting hammered at the moment but highly recommend checking it out if/when they get back online:

http://flattenthecurve.com/

Gives a lot of good info on the theory behind social distancing and also gives a lot of practical advice on what to do with yourself right now.

Short version: In general stay away from all crowds. Be mindful of your proximity to others in public. Be super disciplined about washing your hands and not touching your face. But perhaps most important of all: Figure out how to keep yourself in a good headspace. This is going to be a while. Take care of yourself.

Also just to add on: This isn't so much about keeping *you* healthy. That's important, but what you do can have a reverberating effect over hundreds of other people. That's why it's most important to be smart right now.

So say other countries are still peak outbreak and China and South Korea roll back a bit on their measures that have reduced new cases-- could they potentially blow up again?

Don't know about "blow up" but certainly a reemergence. If you read comparison shared yesterday comparing Philly and StL the graph shows what happened when StL eased their response.

I stopped Tuesday and starting working out at home. Have no intention of going back anytime soon.

I read an article last night about the gym being okay as long as you're smart, then another one this morning saying it's a horrible idea. I did go last night, and it was mostly empty.

I have heard there is one vanguard employee who tested positive. Not sure if that person has been counted in the total yet. My brother's fiance works at a hospital in Chester County and said there are two cases there as well.

I think the gym is a bad idea just because of how people are breathing in there. The planet fitness i go to is a bunch of small rooms so it's kind of tight breathing spaces. That's why i'm not going back

Mine is really open and you can get away from people pretty easily in there. When I saw two women on the rowing machine not wipe down after they were done though it made me want to leave and never go back. How the fuck do you not wipe down the equipment with all that's going on?

i mean the wiping down really doesn't do anything. It's so we feel more in control of it

not saying i'm going to start licking doorknobs but it's actually a relief that i don't have to be coated in Purell all the time

Yep - they sent out an email blast yesterday that the building he/she works in was closed and deep-cleaned overnight. Open again today.
