Well, the SDE's are what everyone was campaigning for and those are still in doubt. Must be some misunderstanding, since I've learned from unavoidable twitter interactions with Sanders' supporters that insinuating a potential victory before results are official is corrupt, dishonest and unforgivable.

We still have a ways to go:

She pulled her vote when she found out Pete Buttigieg is gay. He says`I'm running to be her president too.'
“I don’t want anybody like that in the White House,” she said. “So can I have my card back?”
The precinct captain responded that she respects the other woman’s view but suggested the caucusgoer dig deep inside and ask if Buttigieg’s sexuality really matters.
"He better read the Bible," the woman said.

She apparently had no idea he was gay when she voted, even insinuating that they were hiding his marriage. Educated voter there.

The video is brutal.

The Trump administration's suspension of Global Entry, NEXUS and other Trusted Traveler programs for residents of New York state

CNN says it is because NY issues driver’s licenses to undocumented immigrants

This is just new enrollees and doesn't affect those who currently are enrolled I believe. I also can barely type over the roars of the states' rights conservatives crying out everywhere.

176k votes for the Ds in the caucus. Higher than 2016 by only 5k but still the second highest ever.

Lots of Twitter sleuths think the SDE math for a few dozen precincts was done wrong. Man.

Yeah it seems like there are a lot of basic tabulation or data entry type mistakes.

Also the national party appears to be telling the state party it didn't follow its own rules for assigning delegates out of the satellite caucuses.

Things are going well.

Still waiting on results from one precinct in Warren County, which Elizabeth didn't carry, btw.

She came in 5th in Pocahontas County and Cherokee County as well. Tough crowd.

Anyway, if Iowa goes first next time, both national parties have failed.

Though Dems sorta get a pass if they have an incumbent prez and don't give a shit about their primary, so aren't in a hurry to fix things. Though maybe that's really the time to reform it when setting up a new system doesn't advantage anyone and can be done kinda without immediate consequence.

Buttigieg is charging in New Hampshire. Tomorrow night's debate should be pretty fascinating. Not going to watch it but will be too on my phone following on Twitter while at dinner.

I took the time to learn how to spell his last name today so I don't keep having to write Mayor Pete. Think that's about as high of a compliment as I can pay.

If he somehow wins NH so wins the first two, it kinda becomes a thing where he could actually win. Would be wild.

Would not be overly thrilled with that. Seems like he would still need to figure out how to get non-white people to like him.

We may have to put up with that crap in the general, but I will be damned if I don’t call the highest vote getter in the fucking Iowa caucus the “winner.”

This is quickly developing into a two horse race.

Go Bernie go. The idea the Dems will win an election against a sitting President with this economy by offering up a younger version of Al Gore is laughable.

Virginia House Votes With Senate To Abolish Lee-Jackson Day

Every year this would come around and piss me off. Glad its gone. It was hardly recognized in the diverse Northern VA, but there were days off and festivities elsewhere. There is a good recognition of a geographic fact that the pan handle is geographically closer (using Wise, VA as my start point) to Atlanta (361 miles) then Northern VA (415 miles to Alexandria), so understanding attitudes has to be reconciled.

Were the sheets where they rounded up the delegates for Mayor Cheat and rounded down the delegates for Bernie legit?

Not a fan of either obviously, but Bernie won the state and is getting screwed.

Feel like we're all letting the petementum get us here.

He 'won' a state with weird voting rules with questionable tabulation. This and NH are great states for him. Bernie won more raw votes in both caucus rounds and delegates are delivered proportionally. Bernie has far stronger minority support which didn't help much in Iowa and won't in NH. Biden also has far better minority support than Pete does. And it's unfortunate but his support is probably going to suffer in the south because of who he married.

If Bernie/Pete finish clear 1/2 in NH, it's Bernie/Biden/Pete on Super Tuesday. If Bernie shows strongly then it's basically over. If Biden charges back it's going to be a real cluster fuck.
