I watched an old episode of wheel of fortune once where the winner of each round was forced to spend their money on randomly priced furniture offered by the show on a side display.

It is nice that employees at some Maryland real estate company got very large bonuses but why don't you just pay them their worth from the beginning? In the little speech the owner gives he says the company 3 billion something dollars. A few million is nothing to them.
