I do see that the tracking is showing that it is in "pre-shipment" . There is still a chance that the package will arrive to you, if someone forgets to scan the package in; it would mean that the tracking is unable to be seen. But, the package could still be on the way. We would need to wait 12 business days from when the order shipped on 8/10/19. Right now today is the 8th business day. If you don't receive the package by Tuesday august 27th. We would be able to start an investigation and see for you.

unfortunately i have yet to receive my item purchased from your site. i have waited the allotted time. could you please start a thorough investigation into my missing hoodie.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us today regarding order 1582403. I have started an investigation with USPS to research what may have happened with your package. In the meantime I recommend double checking with neighbors and all members of the household, as well as each exterior door of your home, just in case.
There are three possible outcomes from the investigation:
The carrier is able to find your package and will deliver it to you
The carrier concludes that they lost the package and we provide you a full refund for your order
The carrier confirms, with proof, they did indeed deliver the package to the address listed on the order

i have canvassed the neighborhood in search of the hoodie to no avail. i have come to terms that i may never see this hoodie again. while i'm not a professional with regard to these matters, i did hear that only 10% of missing hoodies are found outside of the first 48 hours.
if it appears #2 may possibly be the outcome, would it possible to set aside a replacement hoodie? While it may never truly replace the first hoodie, I will give a new one an excellent home and treat it no differently than the original.
