As I recall, you're sort of young, so I do think if you hate your career in tech, it's time to jump. But don't do so blindly--think about what you like to do, what you're good at, and how you might make a living at it.
I wouldn't give up on tech just yet, unless you're completely burned out and it's impacting quality of life, mental health, etc. There are still plenty of high-paying, cushy tech jobs out there... especially if you can at least pretend to have "Cloud" or "DevOps" skills. Maybe look into changing jobs into something where you can learn that kind of stuff on the fly?

I'm 35. The stress level/timelines are absurd sometimes. Out of the blue I've got a half a dozen emergencies, no one can tell me which one takes priority and there are different PMs competing for my time.
