Not to go all PtK on everyone, but I won't wear antiperspirant. I do wear deodorant. But I think there must be something unhealthy about plugging up your pores to keep in the sweat. And even if I did apply antiperspirant to my pits, it wouldn't do anything about all the other places I sweat.

Probably would've heard something by now if antiperspirant were unsafe. Sometimes I'll even put some on my chest/torso if I know I'm going to be outside and sweating a lot for a while and don't want to deal with a soaked shirt.

Chicken curry was really good! I've never had curry before, so I don't know if it's better than others, but I liked it.

I woke up at 3 am and couldn't fall back asleep. But having four hours to myself was pretty awesome. Might do it once a week.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said troopers followed the driver just before 2 p.m. on northbound State Route 24 near Ellsworth Road, near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport for a registration violation.

According to DPS, the suspect was taken into custody at 2:11 p.m. He told troopers he thought he had a warrant and that is why he ran. It doesn't appear the suspect actually had any warrant for his arrest.

We'll see, but I'm pretty acclimated to nights like that, raising three little kids

Other than waking up randomly around 4am... best sleep schedule since jr high/hs. 1am to 6am. I fall asleep in about 2 minutes and put down some caffeine When I wake up, no caffeine after 5pm, not tired and productive throughout the day.

I don’t want to say pretty much cutting out on the weekday night drinking maybe the secret, but...

Even the non alcohol/drug induced late nights were often fun or relaxing... but they really killed your productivity. Not much you can really accomplish in the late night, early am.
