In preparation for Mother's day, i bought the frozen croissant from trader joe's for a light breakfast since we had a reservation for brunch yesterday. Turned the oven on, and it was smoking like crazy, likely due to somethnig we cooked for our mother's day party saturday. no croissant.
we had a 12:00 reservation for brunch in jenkintown, and arrived 15 minutes early so we could find parking. Half an hour later, no spots anywhere. No brunch.
To try and salvage one meal, i ordered a ton of indian food from tiffan at 7:50. Nothing at 9:00. Nobody answered my calls. Finally, at 9:20, someone answered and said it would be another 20-30 minutes. No Indian.
I think i will pick up indian tonight as a surprise, but holy cow was i cheesed yesterday!
I got an email from some company confirming my order and shipping of some diet supplements, which I did not order. The address is for my name but somewhere in NC. I looked up the tracking number and it is a legit USPS tracking number and the package is in transit. There is nothing appearing on my credit card or bank account. ummmm….
just take it, it's not like someone from a baseball internet website you frequent would send you poison in hopes that you mindlessly ingest it. hypothetically.
Yeah, I’ll just go 500 miles or so to North Carolina to pick it up.
I’m thinking this has something to do with the MyFitnessPal app. I got those emails (along with one from “Track With Jane”, which looks to be another similar app), shortly after I had been using it. Google search says there was a MyFitnessPal data breach back in February. Googling the customer support number, etc. I’m guessing it’s a phishing scam.
