Fine as long as you stay back there with your bag. Asshats grab their bag then push back to their seat because its their right.
Also, if you become a turtle with an overstuffed backpack you need to know that shell you are swinging around is sailing in at face level to folks in their seats (I like to grab these on the way into the kisser to make a point as well as not getting a concussion).
