One of my favorite meals at Costco is their rotisserie chicken, but I never really tried any of their other chicken products. I am guessing that they use the leftover chicken to make their Rotisserie Chicken Noodle Soup, Rotisserie Chicken Alfredo, and Rotisserie Chicken Salad.

So I finally tried these on a whim and was very impressed. The soup was very delicious with excellent ingredients and just the right balance of flavor. The Alfredo was also well done, not overly salty or gooey. The chicken salad tasted very fresh and went well with crackers and sandwiches the next day. The best part is that the flavor of the chicken enhances the other products.

sounds like you got some fresh vomit with that batch. probably best to go back on another day and give it another whirl.

My uncle, who’s is my dad’s youngest sibling out of 6 beat lung cancer a year ago, then was the only patient to complete a 12 month clinical trial of a new drug to prevent it from coming back. On Monday he collapsed at work and was taken by ambulance to the hospital for a suspected heart attack. Turned out to be an aoritic aneurism and he was lucky to even make it to the hospital alive, doctors said they didn’t think they could repair it, but they’d try. He made it out of surgery and was stable but in a medically induced coma. Ffwd to today, he’s awak and they’ve taken him off most of the machines, and he’s scheduled to get off the ventilator tomorrow despite bitching and moaning about wanting it gone today. Pretty fucking amazing.
