If you didn't think Papa John's was total garbage pizza before, I just caught the Philly cheese steak Pizza commercial featuring some kind of Philly ranch sauce. I've been away for a while, but I think that that's more of a New Jersey thing.

There’s no good place for this, so I’ll stick it here. Ron Darling pitchedfor Yale, and one game he threw 176 pitches, ended up losing one to nothing in the 12th. Like 11 hits of no hit baseball. The things you learn when you have MLB TV on in the background.

stolen car chase ended up in a crash about a mile up the road from me, with the perps running* on foot through woods of a state park. Ended up in a 90 minute search with police dogs, cops running through backyards, perps breaking down fences, a neighborhood of about 100 homes being told to lock down in place, a perimeter set up, etc. They ended up catching the two guys about a mile and a half from the original crash site after they fled across one of the Philly Cricket Club courses and knocked on a door (this was after midnight, mind you) saying they were lost. All pretty neat stuff...but the reason I bring this up...

ALL THIS ACTIVITY AND NOT ONE SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENT ON ANY NETWORK!!! Usually loud fireworks prompt eleven posts...but nothing here.
